Happy New Year Everyone!
I’d like to share with you this quote that I came upon. It is so appropriate for this time of year.
We spend January 1 walking through our lives, room by room, drawing up a list of work to be done, cracks to be patched. Maybe this year, to balance the list, we ought to walk through the rooms of our lives... not looking for flaws, but for potential. ~Ellen Goodman
Many of us do take that walk through our lives to see where we can make improvements both from a personal perspective as well our careers. For me as your Realtor, my goal for this year and every year is to help you “Love where you Live”. I do my very best to deliver exemplary level of service to each residential client. I work very hard to ensure that the end results always exceed my clients highest expectations, no matter who they are, where they live and what they do for a living. It’s a good feeling when you’ve helped someone find the perfect home or the perfect buyer for their home.
As I reflected looking for more potential that I can offer my clients, I am thrilled to announce that I am offering my listing clients a free home staging consultation and to my buyers a free color consultation for any two rooms in their new home for 2010.
I am very excited to connect with you and looking forward to providing you with helpful tips and information to help you with the purchase and/or sale of your home.
Pssst! Have you heard?

There has been an extension of the $8,000 tax credit! It is now good through June 30, 2010. AND I also need to mention that there’s something in the expanded program that hasn’t got much attention: This is the new $6,500 federal tax credit for those called “move up” buyers effective immediately. Buyers, these tax incentives is such exciting news and I had to share it with you.
Whether you are in the market to but or sell a home, it is hoped that you find this information helpful. If you wish to learn more about the tax credit changes you can either visit our Prudential Verani New Hampshire blog at: http://blog.verani.com/homebuyer-tax-credit/or feel free to make that connection with me so that I can inform you with the latest news in real estate and help you “Love Where You Live”.
